Zoo Med’s Repti Cage Carpet is a soft, non-abrasive, absorbent substrate for all types of reptiles. A better alternative to non-absorbent astro-turf style carpets which are made of plastic fibers. It also safer than traditional substrates as it cannot be accidentally ingested. The Repti Cage Carpet can be used with snakes, lizards, tortoises, and terrestrial turtles. It is not designed for use with amphibians or with aquatic turtles. Recommended by professional hobbyists as carpet aids in muscle development in lizards, tortoises, and turtles.

Simply place your Repti Cage Carpet on the bottom of your terrarium. Add decorative “cage furniture” items on top along with a food and water dish for your animals. Clean weekly as needed or if foul odor persists.
