Ideal for DIY calcium  solutions

Role:

Calcium is a fundamental component of coral biology and reef husbandry. In combination with carbonate (alkalinity), calcium forms calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), the primary structural material used by corals and other calcifying organisms to build their skeletons.

Mixing Instructions:

1. Measure – Weigh the required amount of powder
(589 grams for a 1 litre solution).

2. Prepare – Add 700 ml of RODI to your mixing container.

3. Combine – Slowly add the powder while stirring.

4. Complete – Finish by adding RODI to make a 1L final solution.

5. (Optional) – Add ECC Trace Elements as directed

1 ml of a solution added to 100 L will raise the concentration by 2 ppm

Storage and Safety:

SOLUTION WILL GET VERY HOT, MIX IN A HEAT PROOF CONTAINER.

Keep in a cool, dark place. For aquarium use only. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Seek medical attention if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children
